Let me tell you my story...

I am a computer programmer, turned stay-home, homeschooling Mom to my 3 children - ages 12, 10, and 7.

My husband also works at home as an employee to a large company (used to be GE, but GE sold part of the information services division to another company).

It is only by God's grace that we have been able to both work at home for the last 5 years.  We LOVE it!  And I feel that God's plan is for families to be at home together.

I also believe that business should be just another part of family life and that we should be training our children to start their own businesses and depend upon God instead of an employer.

So... in the process of trying to learn more about work at home opportunities where my children can be involved AND finding a business that can support my family and allow my husband to quit working for his employer, I started my own web hosting and design business.

As I began studying about online marketing, I found some very disturbing things.  Many people are charging incredibly high prices for online services especially to the work at home and homeschooling families.

It seems that they are using the Christian work-at-home market as their niche to market their high services because we have such a GREAT desire to stay home with our families.

Many people are paying hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars to learn about internet marketing and to get online tools and services to start their home businesses.  
It shouldn't be that way.

As a programmer, I've created some of these same tools very quickly and inexpensively for my own use and for my customers that work at home.

I've also found that in the process of starting a home business - especially an online business - we Christians are more than happy to help and teach each other, but then we all become competitors.

It sometimes takes us a long time to get our businesses up and running because we have to learn SO many different things.  I'm good at the technical stuff, but I had to LEARN the marketing stuff.

I could have started a successful home business YEARs ago had I been able to team up with someone that knew the marketing, sales, accounting, etc. stuff that I didn't know.

I could have concentrated on my strengths and teamed up with someone that was strong in my weaknesses.

I decided to start a membership group that brings everyone together to work on ideas and share in the profits.  The website will also provide tons of information about the technical aspects of starting an online home business.

I also want to help match people up with the work at home business opportunity that fits their interests and strengths.  

My prayer is to help people find affordable work at home solutions and work together as a team so that it's a win/win situation for everyone involved.
